Sunday around 5PM a windsurfer was plucked from the waters of Nantucket Sound by the Harwich Fire and Rescue boat after he got in trouble off Bank Street Beach. He said his windsurfer collapsed on him about 300 yards off shore, he then tried to swim but soon got exhausted in the choppy waters. He was taken to shore where he refused medical help.
